All products sold through our store are digital goods delivered via the Tebex platform and Cfx.re Keymaster. By purchasing, you acknowledge:

• Products are licensed, not sold, for your personal or server use
• You may not redistribute, resell, or share purchased products
• Products are delivered instantly upon successful payment
• You are responsible for meeting the technical requirements listed on product pages

Due to the digital nature of our products, the following terms apply:

• All sales are final.
• No requests for buybacks, transaction reversals, or refunds will be accepted.
• You may not attempt to manipulate the server or credit systems in any way to obtain a refund.
• If any of the above actions are attempted, we reserve the right to:
• Suspend or terminate your access to the server and forums.
• Deny any further financial transactions.
• Pursue legal or collection action to recover damages resulting from unauthorized chargebacks.

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Use the product on servers you own or operate.
• Modify the product for your personal use (where applicable).
• Receive updates as long as they are provided.

You may NOT:

• Redistribute or share the product with others.
• Resell or sublicense the product.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices.
• Use the product for illegal purposes.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the product.

Failure to adhere to these terms may result in the removal of your product license and could lead to your Cfx.re account being flagged or banned.
